Doug Bruce was born in Paris and grew up in Africa, France, Italy, Spain and England. He moved to New York in 1999 and graduated from the School of Visual Arts in 2005.

More comfortable when trekking to remote jungle villages in Central America or photographing the slums of Phnom Penh, Doug's intrepid curiosity has led him to travel extensively on assignment throughout Asia, Australia, Europe and Central America.

Bruce's portraits and travel photography have appeared in Another Magazine, Vanity Fair, W Magazine, The Times, Homme +, Korean Vogue, Dazed Digital, Glass, Harper's Bazaar Online, Tank and Sherman's Travel. His advertising clients include Levi's, Rag and Bone, Earth Train, Citibank and Def Productions.
