For this London Spotlight, Barry has chosen to feature a selection of work that formed part of a recent three-day shoot. The brief was to produce a set of portraits that reflected the individuality of the company’s employees and to reflect the personality of the organisation. The idea was to create a snapshot of the working day with a strong editorial, rather than a corporate, feel.

"This was quite the production, with up to three different sets ready to go at any one time”, said Barry. “In between setting up and shooting the teams' individual portraits, we had to be ready to drop everything to shoot the board members, in two different styles, as they became available throughout the day”. Once again, Barry’s meticulous planning, calm flexible manner and the focused input from his experienced crew proved pivotal to another satisfied client.

For his next project, which is currently in the production phase, Barry will be directing a Legacy DRTV ad for Abbeyfield Care Homes.
