After studying photography at the Academy of Arts (St.Joost, Breda, Holland) and several apprenticeships, Sigurd Kranendonk began working as a professional photographer in Amsterdam where he opened his first studio.

Over the years he has photographed around the globe for magazines including Architektur & Wohnen, Casa Vogue, Grazia, Der Feinschmecker, Wallpaper, House & Garden US, Travel & Leisure US, Männer Vogue, Elle Germany, Elle Holland and for various international commercial clients such as Philips, Toyota, Audi, Lego, Dornbracht, Siemens, Tommy Hilfiger, Sony, Cote d’Or, Dr. Oetker, Heinz, Dow, Villeroy&Boch, Montblanc, Nike, Linteloo and many more.
