Christian Hoppe loves what he does. And you can see and feel that. In his pictures, in his dealings with his customers, his team. After training as a hairdresser, he worked as a magician in circuses and variety shows. He then worked very successfully for many years as an international hair and make-up artist. During this time, he set up a studio for image retouching. About 15 years ago, he started taking photographs himself. Due to fortunate circumstances, his high quality standards and his trained eye for the big picture, the really big names soon came knocking at his door. Very quickly, he also worked his way into film. Today he photographs and shoots TV commercials for Marc Cain, Maryan Melhorn, etc. and travels the whole world. He edits and retouches the films himself in his RedHaven Cottage in Sweden. In summer he spends most of his free time there, where he also runs a small, fine hotel with eight rooms. In Germany he lives in Berlin.
