Award winning photographer Richard Cannon is proven shooting strong and engaging portraits even in the most mundane of locations with the most challenging of subjects.

His style is influenced by his love of surrealism and Dali in particular, and with this in mind he scans for opportunities at the locations that push his creative flow by forcing him to look beyond the expectation. All his work is shot in camera with only darkroom techniques used in the post production.

His trust from his broad variety of clients, gives him the confidence to use his imagination to create memorable imagery from a series to the single campaign. Therefore, his portraits have been used to great commercial effect.

He works well in a team but equally comfortable being left to it to fulfill the brief.
