Iconic Crew was set up by Sirma Newberry, a much sought after fashion producer who has worked with many of the top designers, photographers and models around the world, from Givenchy, to Mert & Marcus and Kate Moss. Sirma’s knowledge and passion of the industry and personal flair has made her "the go to" for some of the biggest names. Sirma is known throughout the industry for her ability to gracefully navigate the complicated and often conflicting demands of a fashion shoot delivering a seamless and outstanding result every time. Sirma’s Iconic Crew work very closely with each of their clients from the very beginning, through to the delivery of the creative direction, overcoming every obstacle no matter the scope of the project ensuring all needs are met however big or small - a truly bespoke experience.
