Tim Atkins has managed to keep himself busy during COVID-19 with food and beverage clients ranging from coffee brands, magazines, restaurants and most recently photographing new recipes for Italian brand Parma Ham. As the lockdown has brought the world to a halt, it gave time for one to reflect on what's important and the direction we should be taking in our industry to make a difference.

Working out of his studio in East London, Tim has been collaborating with local creatives photographing sustainable drinks brands with no-reply magazine and photographing his own personal drinks projects.

Looking towards the rest of the year Tim has some exciting new food and drink projects on the horizon. He has been selected as a finalist for AOP Awards 2020 with an exhibition in London to be celebrated later in the year.

London-based photographer Tim Atkins specialises in food & drink photography. He works out of his home studio with a fully equipped kitchen using natural day light and flash photography equipment.

Tim has built up great relationships with home economists, assistants, prop stylists and retouchers to provide a professional smooth operation for any photography needs.

He works regularly with brands, can help develop the idea further and recently Tim’s work has been showcased all over the London underground including bus networks in 2020.

Some recent commissions have been for Rajah Spices, Pasta Evangelist, Patron, Which? Mag, Berkeley Catering and Nobu Shoreditch Hotel.
