Tim Kent’s theatrical approach to fashion photography is both powerful and playful. Bold compositions and razor sharp lighting techniques, coupled with Tim’s love of classic and quirky clothes and styling leaves his strong hallmark on all that he touches.

Tim draws his inspiration from a host of sources including his vast library of photographic books; Beaton, Bailey, Horst, Brassai, Avedon, Herb Ritts and Javier Vallhonrat are amongst volumes that rarely gather any dust on the shelf.

Recent collaborations with a diverse range of stylists, including Bernard Connolly, Rebekah Roy and Mark Dooris, has led to some great editorial spreads for BARE Magazine, DSCENE, and Tim’s new venture ROTOR magazine which is due for launch in early autumn.

Tim’s recently re-designed website features fashion, beauty, portrait and men’s sections plus the best of his recent editorial and commercial work.
