Louis Tovar is an awarded writer/director based in Los Angeles, California. With background in animation and visual effects, Tovar is able to think outside the box by seamlessly implementing simple CGI and visuals into projects and making them more appealing. Recently Directing and DOP an awarded short-film “Rewind” where a laptop is used as a portal to connect our current generation into the 1920’s era. A Chaplin/Keaton inspired silent film created with a clever eye and giving strong emotional response to the audience.
