Tyllie Barbosa is a Chicago-based food and lifestyle photographer. Whether shooting a product, interior space or ingredients for a recipe, her aim is to make the viewer want to be in that place or taste that food.

A photographer for more than a decade now, her work has evolved with the times. Whether the final image will ultimately be seen on an oversize poster in a retail store or the screen of an electronic tablet as part of an app, she takes the same care to create that transformative image.

Shooting primarily in her West-side neighborhood, light-filled studio, she thrives at the challenge of setting up different scenarios and environments.
