"Heiða Helgadóttir is an Icelandic freelance photographer, based in Reykjavík.

Her focus is mainly on people, portrait and documentary photography.

She was a staff photographer for 10 years at the largest magazine publishing house in Iceland and 3 years at the largest newspaper in Iceland.

She now does freelance works for newspapers and magazine both in iceland and abroad and also some commercial work for all kinds of companies.

She loves to do photo documentaries focusing on people´s stories.
