Jonathan Bielaski has spent years honing his skills with complex light and detailed production. His fascination with people’s stories and who they are led him to start telling their stories through his portraits.

Jonathan’s work in is in high demand and he is internationally recognised as a top environmental portrait photographer. His photography has taken him to amazing locations and work environments, from the courts and rinks where pro-athletes play, to the secluded mines where Canada’s diamonds come from. He is always learning from the people he meets and the stories they tell.

Jonathan Bielaski is a Toronto-based environmental portrait and commercial photographer.

Working in the industry for over 17 years he has had the pleasure of working with amazing clients such as Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, Sports Illustrated, Dairy Farmers of Ontario, The University of Waterloo, Hydro One, Airbnb, Sport Chek and Home Depot just to name a few. One thing he always focuses on is relationship building with his clients. Building that relationship brings strength to the images and creates a solid rapport between the client and the creative.

Jonathan Bielaski’s love of craftsmanship and people can be seen through his work. He is currently working on a short form doc series called 'Crafted' and it is Jonathan’s passion to shoot people who love what they do and are able to make a career out of their passion - much like what he has been able to do with his photography and video work.

Besides this project, he has had the opportunity to work with commercial clients from across the globe, meeting incredible people, seeing amazing places, and producing beautiful work for them.
