Alex Waber is a portrait, commercial and fashion photographer based in Vancouver, B.C. A graduate of the Capilano University Cinematography program, Alex applies storytelling and lighting from film studies to still photography. His clients include Arc'teryx, Tilley Endurables, Sectin 35 and Shaw. His images have published internationally in Vogue, Wired, Rolling Stone, The Guardian, Complex, and Montecristo.

Alex is owner and co-manager of Doris, a photography studio and multidisciplinary space in Chinatown. Away from photography, he is involved in hosting and facilitating live music events in the city and he goes on a lot of very long bike rides.
