Bear Studio
Rental studios
Bear studio @ The Old Library is a wonderful old Victorian building that lends itself to some wonderful styles.
Like an old school house, village hall, It's full of character and of a vintage time. It has impressively high ceilings and masses of natural light. It has blackout blinds on windows, should you want to control or remove the light, as well as a massive full hight blackout curtain, halving the studio to separate the areas. Fully heated, it's a wonderful space to work in.
Situated in the heart of Burgess Park in SE London, it offers a loading area out front and plenty of street parking close by.
The space is great as a location for film and stills work or as a base if you are filming in the park. Cheaper than most studios this size, they can work to your budget and help you achieve your needs.
