With EARLY WORKS, the Fotografie Forum Frankfurt premiers in Germany this exhibition of photographs made by Martin Parr. As an observer of life, the ironic and critical eye of the MAGNUM photographer is an integral part of the history of photography.
DOK Leipzig, held every autumn, is unique among festivals worldwide in offering a combination of documentary and animated film.
Berlin in the 90s: Berlin found itself in flux after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, caught between past and future. A group of photographers from former East Germany founded OSTKREUZ in East Berlin and today, they are recognised as one of Germany’s most important photo agencies.
