London: Daniel Pangbourne advertising photographers

Daniel Pangbourne specialises in children's fashion and lifestyle photography. His unique ability to capture beautiful, timeless imagery with a relaxed, natural and fun approach surpasses his photographic brief every time.

He works with advertising, commercial and editorial clients including Monsoon, BHS, Tesco, Huggies, Johnson & Johnson and Cow and Gate.

Daniel's passion for photography has seen him pursue several personal projects across the globe that have culminated in the publication of numerous books.

London: Lorentz Gullachsen advertising photographers

Lorentz Gullachsen shoots people in landscapes. Although known as a landscape and car photographer, he has always shot people (and even the occasional animal!). He has received more awards with his people shots (including AOP Gold) than his landscapes, and now has a dedicated website for his people and creature images.

Recent commissions have been for John Lewis through Kitcatt Nohr and Merial through EuroRSCGlife.

The photographer really enjoys healthcare and tourism advertising assignments, turning what are apparently observed reportage-style images into highly produced spontaneous-looking pictures that deliver a 'believable' client image. In effect, as Lorentz says, "creating advertising that doesn't look like advertising".

Producing image banks for clients is another of his strengths. Lorentz can put together a cost-effective collection of images as a resource for clients who want the overall feel of owning "a family of images".

London: Jason Knott people & lifestyle photographers

With a background in graphic design and fine art, Jason Knott shoots photography from bases In London, Hollywood, Turin, Dubai and Warsaw.

Clients such as Canon, Navman, British American Tobacco, Chrysler, Carphone Warehouse and Citibank have all used Jason's relaxed, enigmatic, sometimes eerily and almost painterly approach to his subject matter. His seemingly effortless ability to capture the moment appears undaunted by challenging weather conditions or difficult circumstances.

Jason is currently shooting for exhibitions as well as for a range of forthcoming books, and a recent move into portraiture has shown that his enthusiasm for shooting a diverse range of subjects has by no means dwindled.

London: Julie Fisher Photography advertising photographers

Photographer Julie Fisher is currently working on a series of personal projects, including one with local teenagers and another with African children.

Recent clients include Nurofen, B&Q, Breast Cancer Care, Help The Aged, John Brown Publishing and fashion names Rowan and Odd Label.

Toronto: Lee Towndrow photo production

Lee Towndrow started out as a designer. He made album covers, won awards, and was moved by robots to become a flame artist. After building a darkroom and making bread (the kind you eat), he moved to Buenos Aires to try to grow up. He learned Spanish, loved, and lost. Through working with some great artists, he became a photographer.

With a gift for capturing character and a sophisticated visual style, Lee shoots highly graphic images for editorial publications and advertising clients. He has received several post-production and editorial photography awards.

Barcelona: Linnandrobert Photography advertising photographers

With their individual photography backgrounds, Linn and Robert merged two years ago to form a unique double-act. They shoot simultaneously and their photographic set-up is reminiscent the action on a film set, with cameras rotating and capturing the same vision from multiple angles.

The serenity between the couple and the relaxed atmosphere created on-set is ideal for working with people and kids, for lifestyle as well as fashion shoots.

Recent clients include Bogner, Yerse, Kaufhof and Harper's Bazaar.

Linnandrobert recently established a loft-style studio in Barcelona, with both daylight and rooftop shooting capabilities.

London: Patrick Harrison children / kid photographers

Photographer Patrick Harrison has 20 years of experience shooting warm and engaging natural images. Specialising in real people and their environments, his reportage and portrait work is regularly commissioned by some of the world's top companies. He recently finished three new assignments for Nokia:

  • Nokia 'Ovi' - 40 hero images shot for the company's new online products and services. The assignment involved nine NYC locations, a crew of ten people, and 20+ extras.
  • Nokia 'Eco' - Five hero images and twelve supporting images shot on location in London and the south east of England for the company's environmental management strategy, 'The Power of We'.
  • Nokia 'HQ' - reportage-style images shot at the company's HQ in Espoo, Finland, for the corporate image bank and employee resource handbook.

Patrick also shot in the Peak District for new client Berghaus and its '365Life' range of clothing, to be used across all media. To achieve an authentic feel the models used in the shoot were Berghaus-sponsored British athletes, notably climber Leah Crane and mountain bike free-rider Rob Jarman.

London: Russell Sadur people & lifestyle photographers

With over 20 years experience and a good (and at times much needed!) sense of humour, photographer Russell Sadur combines enthusiasm with an attention to detail and professionalism that enables him to carry out any type of job. Whatever the requirements, from small still life shots to large-scale productions, he works closely with clients to ensure a successful shoot.

Working with lifestyle, people, health and fitness, interiors, still life, babies and even dogs(!), Russell is competent both in the studio and out on location. He has shot assignments in the UK as well as in Europe and The United States, building up an extensive and varied portfolio of genres and clients.

London: Simon McComb people & lifestyle photographers

Simon was one of the original pioneers of 'Reportage in Advertising'. With over ten years of experience in the industry, Simon has worked on numerous European and global advertising campaigns for Vodafone, 02, Barclays PLC, Orange, The Bodyshop, British Airways, EDF Energy and Navman. Simon has also helped build brand identification libraries for Eurotel in the Czech Republic and Norsk Hydro in Norway.

An essential part of reportage photography lies in the pre-production and research stages. Simon brings an experienced team capable of delivering state-of-the-art production, budget management and control, location finding, casting, model releases and styling. He has worked extensively with this team for the last ten years.

Simon is all about excellence; he believes the key to success rests in his knowledge of lighting and an ability to win the trust of the people he is photographing.

This year, he has already worked on commissions for The Bodyshop and Vodafone, as well as personal projects in the Maldives and Morocco.

New York: Stewart Cohen photo agents

Photographer/Director Stewart Cohen captures the spirit of the people he photographs. He is continually on the move, with recent projects taking him to shoot an integrated media campaign in Hong Kong, a Global Warming summit with world leaders in the Arctic, and a pilot for a TV series called 25/7 in Los Angeles. The energy and good humour he brings to assignments is evident in his final product.

Stewart strives to mentor others through his enthusiasm for film and photography at speaking engagements across the USA. He recently spoke at this year's PhotoEast Conference in New York, and to students at Columbia University. Stewart is also finishing up production on 'Identity', a project that highlights the human spirit with portraits and quotes from people of interest.

His clients include Bank of America, Procter & Gamble, Nokia, Target, Time Warner, Toshiba and Samsung.
