Alun Callender shoots portraits and lifestyle features.
He works for a diverse range of clients including The British Heart Foundation, the Co-op, Royal Mail, John Lewis and Honda, alongside magazines such as Tatler, Country Living, Homes & Gardens and Marie Claire.
Now almost half way through his current personal project capturing South Coast British artists at work, he is looking forward to another year of meeting more creative people and planning the accompanying exhibition and book.
Alun is also exploring video alongside his stills photography. "I am really excited about the future of image-making and the production of content, to be able to combine shooting stills and video is a fantastic way to expand the narrative."
Blair Bunting's impact on the photography and advertising communities has been immense. Widely recognised for his vibrant and unique imagery and lighting, his advertising clientele includes Pepsi, General Motors, Adidas, Discovery Networks, British Petroleum, and the Ultimate Fighting Championship series.
Additionally, Blair has worked with numerous movie and television personalities, professional athletes and high profile politicians. His editorial and portraiture work has appeared in countless national and international newspapers and magazines such as The New York Times, Business Week, Cosmopolitan, Sports Illustrated, and ESPN Magazine.
New York-based photographer Brian Ach tells moving stories - with still pictures.
Blurring the lines between editorial and commercial photography, Brian possesses a unique skill set enabling him to excel at both.
His easy-going manner and generous personality allow him to quickly connect with subjects when time is tight, permitting him to create photographs that are in demand by musicians, celebrities and commercial clients from NY to Paris.
From travelling with Prince as his European tour photographer, to accompanying James Gandolfini on his family vacations, Brian's low-key presence allows him to dissolve into the story with unparalleled access.
Commercial clients appreciate his innovative problem-solving ideas, honed through his past work as a leading editorial photographer with Getty Images, WireImage and AP Images.
Equally adept on location shoots or in the studio, his work has been seen in People, Time, Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, The NY Times, Travel and Leisure, and many others.
Christian Dietrich is beauty, celebrity and advertising photographer.
If he is not busy shooting for advertising clients, his studio is frequented by national and international artists and actors from the show and entertainment business, such as Isabel Lucas or Michelle Hunziker. He regularly shoots CD and magazine covers for various celebrities.
Christian has also dedicated his skills towards moving images: in 2011 his short film 'Out of the White' was awarded with a listing in the "Official Selection of New Filmmakers New York."
Christian lives and works in Zurich, with - every now and then - longer stays in New York.
His clients include Credit Suisse, Marionnaud, Danone, Sony, Miller, WybrowaVodka, Virgin Cola, L&M, Seat, and many more.
David Ellis was fortunate to have been asked to shoot Nigella Lawson for a cover and feature story in The Mail on Sunday’s You Magazine heralding the start of her new book and programme ‘Nigellissima'. Taking influence from the Italian theme from her show, Nigella was photographed in an Italian, rustic styled kitchen and a waterfall to re-enact a scene from her favourite film, 'La Dolce Vita'. The shoot was such a success that one of David’s photographs will be the cover of the German version of the 'Nigellissima' cookery book.
Bafta's Rising Star, Adam Deacon was photographed by David for The Times Magazine. The up-and-coming actor has starred in many successful films depicting the underclass of London and even writing and directing a spoof film, 'Anuvahood' about Kenneth (Kay) a wannabe bad-boy, also played by Deacon.
David is represented by Terri Manduca and his work can also be viewed on his website.
International portrait and celebrity, people, car and fashion photographer Deniz Saylan is based in London and Stuttgart.
Shooting for major clients, Deniz recently photographed new key visuals for Bechstein's new image brochure, campaign motifs for Mercedes-Benz Cars, Infiniti Cars and reiz eyeware. He also shot a charity campaign for the street journal trottwar which will be displayed in December at the Parrotta Art Gallery as well as in city lights all over the city of Stuttgart.
Doug Bruce is best known for his intimate psychological portraiture evoking the language of cinema. His photographs explore a space between past and present resulting in work that feels both contemporary and familiar.
Bruce was born in Paris and lived until his twenties in Africa, Italy, England, Spain, and France. He graduated with honors from the School of Visual Arts in 2005.
Bruce's photographs have appeared in Another Magazine, Vanity Fair, W Magazine, The Times, Dazed Digital, Homme+, Korean Vogue, Harper's Bazaar online, Glass, Tank, Sherman's Travel as well as having his work featured in Art Culture, and the permanent collection of The Chosun Museum in Kwanju, Korea. His advertising clients include Levis, Rag and Bone, Citibank, Earth Train, and Def Productions.
"I am a native of Mumbai, a city of 12 million people with a spirit of gold and a determination to never say die. With the same spirits, I moved to San Francisco in 2003 to pursue my passion for photography and study for a Masters in photography from the Academy of Arts University. This has been my home ever since.
"I am in absolute love with my passion for photographing people, especially when they are in motion. I see myself spending my entire life depicting moments of exhilaration, systematic synchronisation and elaborate sets, bringing to life what I see in my wildest dreams."
Jamel Toppin is a freelance photographer based in New York City.
His interest in photography began as a teenager in his native country of Trinidad and Tobago, where he grew up in the art department of the advertising agency where his mother served as creative director.
Although his work comprises a wide variety of subjects, he specialises in the field of portraiture.
With a global client list ranging from The Sunday Times to i-D, from Microsoft to Puma and from BMW to the BBC, Jamie Baker has in his diverse 17-year career blazed a distinctive trail in every area of photography he has explored. Known for dynamically composed, stunningly lit images, his portraiture, reportage and iconic brand campaigns alike spring from a searching storyteller’s eye.
Swiftly making his mark with exuberant, sexy images from the 1990's dance music revolution’s front line, London-based Jamie has further honed his hallmarks - elegantly structured images buoyed by artistic, imaginative lighting - in prestigious commercial and editorial fashion commissions.
Meanwhile, new challenges including directing campaign films, studio and location celebrity portraits and fine art exhibitions showcasing his personal work have seen him further explore photography’s less-expected narrative possibilities. This guiding fascination today enriches Jamie's increasingly high-profile portraiture in meticulously constructed conceptual approaches and subtly subtextual twists.
Jana Cruder is a fashion, celebrity and advertising photographer who splits her time between New York and Los Angeles.
Jana's imagery may best be described as hyper-real with a sense of soul. Her ability to combine a fashion aesthetic with underlying conceptual nuances gives her work a uniquely playful tone. Light, saturation, colour and shadow become her creative surges. Through honed observation and a keen permissiveness, her work travels the line of fantasy and reality, resulting in a world where the perfect is ever so slightly imperfect.
Through her rose-tinted glasses Jana exalts the beauty in the mundane and elaborate, resulting in images that blur the line between the worlds of fashion, advertising and fine-art. These rich, colourful and contrasting images convey an idea or mood that jumps off the page.
Janina Laszlo is a Munich-based photographer who focuses on portraiture.
Much travelling and regular trips to Los Angeles have influenced her way of photography: a preference for interesting faces and using natural light whenever possible, she is always attentive for that one special moment.
Janina's clients include several lifestyle and music magazines as well as Sony Music, Columbia Records, Pro Sieben, Lancôme, Schwarzkopf&Henkel.
Her most recent project took her to China for an ironic and personal documentation.
Janina is currently looking for European and international representation. Visit her website for more information.
