Production Paradise is proud to support Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year 2017, a global celebration of the art of food imagery. Open to all, the awards are already established as a major international cultural event.
Since 2011, almost 40,000 images have been submitted from over 60 countries. The prize pool this year is worth more than £20,000 and finalists benefit from huge amounts of coverage of their work. Here’s what they say about it:
‘’I am very happy with the nomination, it's been four years that I've been working as a professional food photographer, and it's hard to get a little bit of recognition for the work that we do. A contest like Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year is a good way to expose our work to a larger audience.’’
Wesley Dombrecht - Cream of the Crop category 2017 Winner.
‘’Very encouraging indeed - I'd recommend it as a great way of testing the quality of your work against top photographers worldwide.’’
Matthew Thomas - Bring Home the Harvest category 2017 Winner.
‘’Feels great. Such a prestigious competition. Just to be shortlisted is a major honour.’’
Matt Wilson - Errazuriz Wine Photographer of the Year 2016 (People category) Winner.
