Alister Thorpe is a London-based photographer specialising in automotive work and portraiture. He has a highly professional and considered approach to his work and the ability to handle sizeable and challenging productions.
Recent commissions include the launch photography for Chinese electric car brand Nio, Model X for Tesla in Holland, the new Formula E car for Jaguar, Infiniti Q60 on location in California, premiership footballers for New Balance and portraiture of Tom Hiddleston and Nick Hoult for Jaguar.
Alister works on a variety of digital platforms and likes to produce highly refined images for his clients. He works from his studio in Shoreditch, London.
Born in Germany in 1972, Anke Luckmann lives in Barcelona but calls the world home. She realised at an early age that there was no alternative to her becoming a photographer.
After completing her photographic education, Anke spent many years assisting a variety of the industry’s most successful photographers. 12 years ago, she began her own career as a freelance photographer within the highly male-dominated world of transportation photography.
Today, she feels very lucky to be asked to work for many of the major car and lifestyle brands, celebrities and top athletes and yet always tries to find time to create her personal artistic work.
Her latest project was to produce all imagery for the launch of the new Mercedes Benz X-Class pick-up truck.
Anke is represented in Germany by Kai Tietz. You can follow her on Instagram.

"It’s exciting to kick off the New Year with recent projects including road tripping with and shooting for the super cool men's outdoor brand Walter Sky; more Hyundai for Innocean - this time Kona; the new Lexus LS shot in Italy in spring with, as usual, great clients, location and crew; and the awesome Tesla X and the super fast Roadster doing some high speed runs.
We’re also excited to finally be able to show the epic Tesla video Anton shot a few months back."

Damien Bredberg has carved a reputation as one of Australia’s premium and most sought after professional photographers. Specialising in advertising and commercial photography, he has been producing international award-winning images for over a decade.
With his team and a dedicated producer, they have a unique ability to conceptualise ideas, produce and manage photography production projects from start-to-finish. Every brief is nurtured to its fullest potential and delivered complete and ready for photography production.
Damien is renowned for his ability to impress his subjects and clients with his unique approach to extracting stories, character and emotion. Above all, his ability to maintain a relaxed environment whilst keeping his subjects completely comfortable is a true testament to his professionalism.
A busy 12 months for Darren Capp and his team saw them flying east from Australia on a number of occasions.
Early days saw them shooting a large production of about 25 images for GM Chevrolet India, complete with a cast straight out of the United Nations comprising CD and agency personnel from Thailand, the client from Singapore and the local production people in India, not to mention Darren and crew from Australia. India being the heaving metropolis it is, finding locations that met the brief, relatively free of people as the car was yet to be launched, proved quite a task. In the end, private malls and a gated city provided the seclusion needed.
On top of travelling to China a number of times for Honda there was also a six-shot brief completed for Porsche Cayenne in southern Australia.
Here’s hoping 2018 continues on the same course!
Featured in this Spotlight is recent work from Dom Romney shot across the globe with Land Rover for Spark44, "as the journey doesn’t stop when the road does!" Also featured is a selection of studio time with Jeep and Vauxhall.

Finally released to the public is the new roadster version of BMW’s futuristic hybrid, the i8. Jeff Ludes spent part of his summer shooting it in Spain, taking the chance to really explore light and shadow, and to push the naturalistic look that he’s known for. Production Paradise member Sonda Productions ensured the whole thing went smoothly.
Shortly after returning home to LA, Jeff went into another large production, this time for Lincoln, to reveal the new Navigator. Working with talent was a key part of this shoot, and provided plenty of unexpected opportunities beyond the client’s shot list.
Jeff then headed to Portland to shoot a personal series with a beautifully blacked-out Harley-Davidson. After personally scouting and planning, Jeff’s team spent one day and into the evening shooting a huge range of locations all over town. Moving fast and light meant more variety, and more shots - too much to choose from can be a good problem to have!
