Rafael Pranschke was born 1973 and is based in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany.  He established his own company, Foodatelier, in 2011 and is now a renowned commercial photographer.

Rafael loves to shoot food and drink for advertising and editorial clients. He enjoys working from his fully equipped daylight studio, complete with a large range of props. He uses daylight and a variety of flashes to compose excellent results for his photos.

Rafael Pranschke is a Germany-based photographer and filmmaker specializing in food, drink, and lifestyle photography. Rafeal actually started his career as a trained masterchef and dietary trained chef.

As a chef, he worked with top European Michelin-starred restaurants. After a very successful time as a food stylist, he founded the Foodatelier. Rafael now works from his 240 square meters daylight studio near Düsseldorf, which features three working places, a full kitchen and a large pool of props.

He is commissioned for advertising, books, packaging and campaigns. Every job is executed in a highly professional and relaxed working environment.

Rafael Pranschke specialises in photography and film for modern media formats and works to the highest standards of professionalism and precision. His focus includes productions and publications for advertising agencies, publishers, magazines and the food and gastronomy industry.
