We take on a variety of visual opportunities, such as a recent instagram shoot for Johnson & Johnson, joining real moms and babies in daily situations, and an AARP Ad Council portrait shoot, pairing authentic adult caregivers and elder caretakers.

Our new home, called Warehouse Studios, situates us next to Industry City in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, where we challenge friends and colleagues to ping pong while hosting casual family-style dinners. As a photographer with a deep appreciation for movies who harbors an inner (and probably an outer) nerd, Star Wars for Deutsch LA and Target was a perfect project for Cade Martin. Growing up in an artistic community and in many a movie theater seat fostered a life-long appreciation for characters. These toys were no different. Bringing them to life for Cade meant creating environments for them that would reflect those cinematic influences; everything captured all in camera and with a strong lighting POV. 

Luckily, everyone was on board with this approach, from the creatives at Deutsch to the clients at Target.  Ultimately a dream job with a dream team. You can read more about it on his Tumblr. 

Brad Trent is a Canadian living in New York who photographs people. Any people, anywhere, for advertising, magazines and corporate clients as varied as IBM, AT&T, GlaxoSmithKline, Herman Miller, The Wall Street Journal, The London Sunday Times Magazine, Barron's and The Village Voice.

Much of New York-based photographer Gokche’s commercial work has received prestigious awards in international advertising competitions, including Epica, Golden Drum, Cannes Lions and the NY Fest.

His food photography has been published in cookbooks such as 'Contemporary Turkish Cooking' by Filiz Zorlu (2007), 'Net:425 gr' by Gamze Bursa (2008) and 'no:22' by Gamze Bursa (2014).

His work in 'Net:425 gr' won the 'Best Cookbook Photography Award' in the Gourmand competition in Paris in 2008. In 2013, he won second prize in the 'Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year' competition in London.

With his fine art photography, Gokche joined the 'Illumination' exhibition at Agora Gallery, NYC. In 2015 he participated in the 'PARIMAGES' exhibition at the Etienne de Cuasans gallery in Paris.

Jens Johnson is a NY – CT based photographer and director with over 28 years of experience. He has produced award-winning food, beverage and product images for a loyal list of clients, who come to him for his lighting expertise and technical ability to bring their ideas to life.

Four years ago, Jens added motion to his skill set. He has really enjoyed the transition to shooting and directing video projects for various clients, a number of which are featured in this Showcase.

Jens has a state-of-the-art studio with a great kitchen and an extensive prop room. It also features top of the line equipment so he can provide clients with the best possible quality.

Tal Givony is known for clean, edgy imagery that is used in magazines and major ad campaigns across a range of industries internationally.

"I consider myself to be a citizen of the world. Hence, the places I draw inspiration from are vast and the resources are inexhaustible. Having said that, you could most likely find me either in Tel Aviv or New York.“

Some of his recent work includes shooting Claire Danes for the popular Showtime series 'Homeland'.

At Yechiel Orgel Photography, inanimate objects come to life in the presence of lighting, technique and angles. Where others may view a pair of shades as just a product, Yechiel chooses to find its subliminal value through his work.

Ever the self critic, he demands only the best when it comes to his deliverable talent, contributing his timeless imagery to a lifelong passion. He sees life even in the simplest of objects, expressing strong opinions about his insentient subjects. John-Francis Bourke, an Irish citizen, originally worked in Paris before moving to New York City where he specalises in documentary-based lifestyle imagery. More specifically, his focus is an aspect of photography that involves storytelling and recording working lives through environmental images.

Most of this work is commissioned through editorial or advertising assignments; the balance is partnering directly with global brands.

While the majority of the assignment work is now US-based, John-Francis works regularly in Europe for UK and mainland European creatives.

New York-based, award-winning advertising, entertainment and editorial photographer Dale May has been creating iconic images for over 18 years.

Best known for his richly stylised, character-driven, conceptual work, Dale has captured some of today's most recognisable personalities, including Daniel Day-Lewis, Charlize Theron, Benedict Cumberbatch, Daniel Radcliffe, Elizabeth Banks, Jared Leto, Amy Poehler and Christina Aguilera.

Most recently, Dale has photographed ad campaigns with Danny McBride ('East Bound & Down', 'Tropic Thunder') for Southern Comfort, and John C. McGinley ('Scrubs', 'Office Space', 'Platoon') for Speed Stick.

Mitchel Gray is a photographer, videographer, and author. He has to his credit two best selling books, 'The Lingerie Book' and 'Lingerie Fantasies' (St.Martins Press), and has illustrated many more, particularly in the active lifestyle, health and fitness field.

He has photographed over 100 magazine covers and thousands of magazine, advertising, and web pages. The images featured in this Showcase are excerpts from the 'Bodies in Action' series, which is currently enjoying its second New York City gallery show this year (Salomonarts Gallery, 108 Leonard St. in Tribecca. Feb. 8-Feb. 22).

The series is designed to illustrate what the bodies of great athletes are actually doing while they are performing their sport, in a uniquely artful, dramatic, and informative style. It includes Olympians, professional athletes, and professional dancers (NYC Ballet and Metropolitan Opera).

There is a unique aspect to these photos – in each photo that appears to have two people in it, there is actually only the same person shot in opposition to themselves. This approach allows Mitchel to illustrate two sides of the same body in one frame, seamlessly and within the construct of the action.

Based in New York City, Peter Baiamonte wants each of his images to tell a story, show a glimpse of a place, reveal a personality, communicate meaning.

Peter’s work includes many genres, reflecting his many interests and experiences. He is passionate about sports, portraiture, travel, and landscapes. With a second location in the Berkshires, Peter works regularly with clients in both New York and Boston, and has easy access to the entirety of New England.

The images featured in this Showcase are from Peter’s work as the still unit photographer for Karen Allen’s directing debut: 'A Tree, A Rock, A Cloud'. This film was shot in the Berkshires and features well-known actors Jeff DeMunn (Citizen X, The Walking Dead) and James McMenamin (Orange is the New Black). Laura Barisonzi is a NYC-based photographer specializing in shooting people and movement on location. She cast and produced her most recent personal project 'Makers', a series of more than 10 real artisans and creators working in their environments.

Laura's hobbies of running, climbing, swimming and hiking mean she'll do whatever it takes to get a shot. On previous shoots this has included being chest deep in murky water she just spotted an alligator in, standing in the bed of a moving pickup truck on a highway, and pressing her face against the subway platform in New York.

Francesco Bittichesu specialises in advertising, people and landscape photography. Originally from Italy, he moved to New York City in 1995 where he started to work creating still life imagery for magazines like GQ.

From his studio in Manhattan, Francesco began making a name for himself by applying his conceptual thinking and photographic experimentation to the field of commercial image-making. With an intense understanding and constant experimentation with the properties of analog and digital photography, Bittichesu articulates the complexity and subtleties of the medium.

A commercial photographer based in New York City, Kent Miller specializes in people, products and spaces. He is passionate about the beauty in all things and is determined to capture the essence of it in his subject.

Australian-born photographer Mark Roskams started his career in the mid 80s when he began travelling the world and developing his interest in photographing architecture and design.

His work led him from New York to Florida, the Caribbean and Europe before he finally settled back in New York.

His photographs have appeared in a wide variety of international magazines including AD Germany, France, Italy, Russia and China, as well as many others. In 2011, his book of architecture and interiors 'Masseria - The Italian Farmhouses of Puglia' was published by Rizzoli International.

During this time, Mark has crafted his style of using natural light to give structure and design to abstract shapes, working with form and colour to produce recognisable work.

New York-based advertising, editorial and corporate photographer Keith Barraclough is energetic, engaging, professional and personable. His creative and collaborative style, as well as being able to work in numerous fast-paced, high pressure environments makes him a valuable asset to a wide range of clients.
